Custom Homes

My favorite part about custom homes is catering each design and construction process to meet the clients needs and expectations. Some of the notable projects I have been lucky to be a part of include; designing a home around a clients sizable wine collection, creating a home with multiple hang-out spaces separated by elevation, and creating gathering rooms large enough to host corporate events. The part I enjoy most is figuring out the challenges behind the scenes in order to reach the clients in goal.

Remodels & Additions

While often being the hardest and most frustrating jobs we take on, I end up learning the most from our remodels and additions. My toughest scheduling challenges have come about from these types of projects but I always find them enjoyable. My favorite part is adding a specific value to a home that a client is currently missing.

Light Commercial

I have enjoyed several of the commercial projects I have been involved in. They challenge me focus on 'function over form' as well as longevity. I've also been exposed to a much broader range of trade partners such as med-gas plumbers, fire-suppression contractors, and heavy civil operators. Our commercial work has also improved my ability to work with code departments, engineers, and architects.
